Getting Started with Zaptiva.

Signup

The first steps to get started is to sign up for a Zaptiva account, and select a plan. 
  1. Navigate to the URL:  https://app.zaptiva.com/
  2. Login page will display


  3. Click on “Don’t have an account?” link and you will be redirected to the sign up page
  4. Enter all necessary details and click on "Start Free 30 Days Trial". A 'Terms of Service' popup will appear.


  5. After clicking on “I agree with terms”.  You will see “Verify your email address” page


  6. Click on “Verify email address” link in email


  7. Once the email is verified, you will be shown the success message


  8. Click on “Verify mobile number” link and “Enter Verification Code” received on your mobile device


  9. You will be redirected to the login page: Login with your credentials. 


  10. Once you log in, you will be redirected to the dashboard with access to a high-tier plan called the Pro Plan, offered as a free trial for 30 days.
    No credit card or payment details are required to start your free trial.



  11. To update your payment info, click 'Update Payment Information' on the Billing page.



  12. By Clicking the 'Update Payment Information' link will redirect you to the Update Payment Method page, where you can securely add or update your payment details.
