Creating a connection to QuickBooks Online
To complete the connection from Zaptiva to QuickBooks Online, please follow the steps below.
Connect
- Click on “Connection” option in the left pane.

- Click on “Add
Connection” which will prompt you for connection name. Let’s enter the name of the connection as “QuickBooks Online”
& select the App name as “QuickBooks Online”.

- After entering the required field on Add Connection pop up and clicking on “Next” button, you will see the “Zaptiva secure” instruction page, please click on "Continue"

- After clicking on “Continue” button, a list of platforms will be displayed. Select “QuickBooks”

- After
selecting the Platform, user sees the “Intuit Account” Sign In pop-up. Please sign in with your QuickBooks Online credentials

- After
clicking on Sign In button, Password prompt appears, please enter password

- After
clicking on “Continue” button, you will see the second verification pop
up, please click on “Text a Code” option to send a “Code” to registered mobile number. If you dont see this screen, please go to Step 9.

- Please enter the verification code on the following screen

- Once the verification is done, you will see following screen where you will have to allow Zaptiva Automate access to your company. Please click on “Connect” button to
proceed.

- “Authentication Complete” as shown below appears, please click on Close window

- You will see following message, please close this pop-up by clicking on "x" on top right

After
few minutes, newly formed connection will change its status from ‘Sync’ to ‘Linked’.
