Deleting a connection to QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Desktop

Delete connection to QuickBooks Online/Desktop


Follow the steps below to delete an existing QuickBooks Online connection in Zaptiva:  
  1. Navigate to the URL:  https://app.zaptiva.com/
  2. Log in to your Zaptiva account.

  3. Navigate to "Connections" from the left-hand menu, then locate the QuickBooks Online connection you want to remove.


  4. Click on the Actions (⋮) menu next to the connection.


  5. Select Delete Connection.


  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  7. The QuickBooks Online connection will be removed from your account.
     

Impact of Deleting the Connection

  1. The flow linked to the deleted QuickBooks Online connection will remain enabled but will no longer be connected to the deleted connection.
  2. All component mappings configured with deleted connection are automatically deleted, and the flow will no longer run.
